Cancellation Policy: There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your session, client forfeits 50% their balance.
No Call/No Show Policy: There is a mandatory cancellation if client does not arrive within 15 minutes of scheduled session time. If client does not show up for their session or call, client forfeits 100% of their balance.
Before Your Appointment: Please arrive 15 minutes early, if you did not fill out consent form and waiver forms. Forms can be printed and completed under the Terms and Conditions section of this site. Sessions begin promptly at your scheduled time, so arriving early ensures you get your full experience.
