Cancellation Policy: There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your session, client forfeits 50% their balance.
No Call/No Show Policy: There is a mandatory cancellation if client does not arrive within 15 minutes after scheduled session time. If client does not show up for their session or call, client forfeits 100% of their balance.
Before Your Appointment: Please try to complete consent and waiver forms before appointment. Forms can be printed under the Terms and Conditions section of this site. Sessions begin promptly at your scheduled time. I will have copies with me, but completion ahead of time ensures you get your full experience.
