Cancellation Policy: There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your session, client forfeits 50% their balance.

No Call/No Show Policy: There is a mandatory cancellation if client does not arrive within 15 minutes of scheduled session time. If client does not show up for their session or call, client forfeits 100% of their balance.
